Drop & Dink Refund & Exchange Policy

We want you to love your gear as much as you love the game. If something isn’t quite right, we’ll do our best to make it right.


Eligibility Window

We accept refund and exchange requests within 30 days of purchase. If 30 days have passed, we unfortunately can’t guarantee a refund or exchange.


What’s Eligible

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • Unworn

  • Unwashed

  • No signs of wear, stains, or damage (light handling OK)

  • In its original condition and packaging

You may choose between:
✅ A cash refund (returned to your original payment method)
✅ A product exchange of equal value


Fulfillment Center Items

Some of our items are shipped through third-party fulfillment centers. These items may not be eligible for refunds or exchanges and are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

We will always work to advocate for you with our partners, but cannot guarantee a return or exchange for items shipped from these facilities.


How to Start a Return or Exchange

Email us at letschat@dropanddink.com with your order number, item(s) in question, and whether you’re requesting a refund or exchange.
Our team will respond within 2–3 business days to guide you through the next steps.


Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was incorrect, damaged, or defective upon arrival.
