Fulfillment & Processing Times
Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your confirmation email. You’ll receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Fulfillment Center Disclaimer
Some of our products are shipped directly from third-party fulfillment centers. While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, Drop & Dink is not responsible for shipping delays once an order has been fulfilled and is in transit.
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for delayed shipments originating from fulfillment centers.
Locally Sourced Products
We’re proud to say that select Drop & Dink gear is sourced and manufactured locally, allowing for faster shipping times and higher customer satisfaction. These products ship directly from our team and are labeled clearly in the product descriptions.
Shipping Rates (aka Free Shipping, Always)
At Drop & Dink, shipping is always included in our prices—no hidden fees, no surprises. This is our way of showing love and appreciation to our customers.
While locally produced products may ship faster, we work closely with our fulfillment centers to prioritize timely deliveries. If delays do occur (though rare), you’ll never pay extra—because free shipping is our gift to you, no matter what.
Refunds & Exchanges
We typically offer refunds or exchanges within 30 days of purchase, as long as the item is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
Please note: Products shipped from third-party fulfillment centers may be subject to separate terms and are not always eligible for return or exchange.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Drop & Dink is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered by the carrier. We recommend contacting your local postal service or delivery provider directly for resolution.
